the gazette - uruha plushie

Commission from about a month and a half ago or something
I think his name is Uruha? (correct me if I'm wrong, plz ) From the jrock band the Gazette.

aahh... the hair took a while... and the outfit too. his outfit sparkles~ there were supposed to be little purple feathers hanging from the front of his outfit, but I couldn't find any at the time.
